Rate Con Signature
Determines which user signature appears on signed rate confirmations. Options are either dispatcher (user who sends the rate con) or Broker (user who is set as sales rep 1 on the load profile)
Rate Con CC Email:
Emails entered into this box will be automatically CC'd on rate confirmation emails
Contact on Rate Con:
Specifies which contact's information will be shown in the header section of the rate confirmation.
Options are:
- dispatcher (user who sends the rate con)
- Broker (user who is set as sales rep 1 on the load profile)
- Hide Contact Info
- Custom
- When this is selected the information entered into the three fields below will display in the contact section of the rate confirmation.

Hide Info Options
When enabled certain data points on a rate con can be hidden from display
Hide Address Details and Reference #s
Hide Cargo Value
Hide Stop Contact Info from External Users (Carrier, Customer, Etc.)
Hide IP Address
Require Dispatcher Info
When enabled recipient must enter dispatcher information before signing the rate con
Require Driver Info
When enabled recipient must enter driver information before signing the rate con
Send Dispatch Sheet Automatically
When enabled, the dispatch sheet will be automatically sent to the recipient of the rate confirmation after a signature is obtained.
Email CC Include SR
When enabled automatically CC's the email address of the sales rep 1 on the load
Rate Confirmation Footer
Text entered in this field will display in the signature section of rate confirmations.
Carrier Rate Confirmation Terms
Text entered in this field will display in the Carrier Rate Confirmation Terms section.
Customer Rate Confirmation Terms
Text entered in this field will display in the Customer Rate Confirmation Terms section.
