How to Send a Tracking Link
In the status card of a load profile, you will find a unique Tracking ID. You can click on this Tracking ID to access the tracking page directly or use the email icon to send the tracking link to a third party.
The recipient will receive an email that includes a link resembling the example provided below:
How to setup automated tracking emails
In a customer profile, you can configure a contact to automatically receive tracking emails when the load reaches a specific status.
Tracking Page Overview
The Tracking page will display basic origin and destination information as well as the status of the load.
The search bar at the top will allow users to navigate to additional tracked loads.
The tracking bar will progress depending on the status of the load.
The Load Tracking Log will document key load events, including check calls and tracking updates sourced from integrations like Trucker Tools and Macropoint.
Origin, Destination and any tracking integration data will also display on the map.
