Summary
A carrier must meet the following requirements to be assigned to a load:
- Carrier status is "Active"
- Meets Risk Assessment Requirements
- Carrier Agreement on file
- Not listed on the customers blocked list
- Meets Insurance Requirements
1. Carrier Status
The carrier's status is located within the Details > Carrier Info card of the carrier profile. The status must be set to active to be available for load assignment.
2. Risk Assessment Requirements
The carrier's risk assessment value is located within the Details > Carrier Info card of the carrier profile. The value must be set to "Moderate" or "Acceptable" to be available for load assignment.
3. Carrier Agreement on File
Within the documents section of the carrier profile there must be a file uploaded under the document type "Carrier Agreement" for the carrier to be eligible for load assignment.
Please note: an Admin level user has the ability to bypass this requirement.
4. Not listed on the customers blocked list
The carrier must not be listed on the particular customer's blocked list to be eligible for load assignment.

5. Meets Insurance Requirements
There are 4 carrier insurance categories within a carrier profile.
- Auto Liability
- General Liability
- Cargo
- Workers Compensation
By Default the following must be met to pass the overall insurance requirements to be eligible for load assignment. (Please see link at bottom of article for customization options)
- Auto Liability
- Must be Active
- Must not be Expired
- General Liability
- Not required by default
- Cargo
- Must be Active
- Must not be Expired
- The policy amount must be great than the cargo value of the load
- Workers Compensation
- Not required by default
Please note: Insurance requirements and coverage limits can be adjusted by an Admin level user on the settings page.
